DeenBridge is a full-scale Islamic learning ecosystem engineered to connect Muslims globally with authentic knowledge, verified tutors, and community-driven educational experiences. The platform integrates real-time messaging, course creation, digital books, live learning spaces, and a tutor discovery system — all powered by a modern hybrid architecture built with Next.js, Firebase Firestore, and MongoDB.

I architected a scalable chat infrastructure using Firestore real-time listeners, unread message indexing, and last-message pipelines, enabling a WhatsApp-level messaging experience. I also designed and implemented the tutor marketplace layer, allowing qualified instructors to activate teaching mode, manage availability, and accept student bookings directly through the platform. Advanced features include: optimized conversation sorting, Cloudinary-based media handling, Paystack-secured payments, and a modular UI system built with TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui components.
